IAZI assessment of real estate

IAZI AG offers a method that makes the assessment of real estate easier, more reliable and quicker. You customer can have the market value of his or her residential property assessed online.
 
Every month, IAZI AG records detailed data from real estate transfers to freehand transactions. On this basis, the IAZI implements the hedonic models for the assessment of residential property on a quarterly basis.
 
As a member of the Swiss Chamber of Estate Agents (SMK) you will receive special conditions when you conclude the contract.

Court of Arbitration

The Court of Arbitration of the Swiss Real Estate Industry is the competent body for settling real estate disputes before they escalate. The Court of Arbitration was set up at the beginning of 2005 by the Swiss Real Estate Association (SVIT) as an instrument to meet requirements and decide on industry-specific disputes in an efficient, competent and discreet manner.
