Statutes

SVIT Switzerland is an association under Article 60ff. of the Swiss Civil Law Book. The current statutes are based on the resolution of the Council of Delegates in 2003.

 

The statutes include the following goal statements:

 

  • SVIT Switzerland works to professionalize the real estate industry and enhance the reputation and social recognition of real estate professionals and the whole branch.
  • It represents the interests of the Swiss real estate industry to the general public, policy-making organs of government and officials and national and international organisations.
  • It supports the business-related political interests of its members and the participants in the Swiss real estate market. Specifically, it promotes liberal market and ownership regulations in Switzerland.
  • It supports and encourages training and education in the real estate branch and offers training opportunities to members, associated members and others who are interested.
